"We stayed here last year and were well satisfied. Not so much this year. While the room was clean and comfortable and the staff friendly and helpful, the bathroom in 216 needs work. Wallpaper is coming off the wall, the tile needs repair and grouting, there was mold on the wall near the shower, and the faucet leaks. Breakfast was good with lots of choices. We appreciated breakfast starting at 6 am, even on Sunday."

"This is such a gem of a motel. Showed up on Christmas and everything was closed (predictably) but still grabbed a drink at the little tap room and loved the layout and decor. Passing back through on New Year's Eve and very much looking forward to it! "

"I booked a room with a mountain view; however, the window in my room was extremely dirty and foggy, making it impossible to see outside. In addition, there was no light-blocking curtain, so I barely slept due to the bright lights from nearby buildings and the street. The bathroom sink was partially clogged and drained very slowly, and there were no plastic liners in the waste bins. Overall, the room felt as though it had been neglected for some time. The front desk staff was also unhelpful....
