"This Hotel was everything We were looking for plus more. Great front desk service. Comfortable room with air conditioning. A bar to have a night cap. And a very yummy breakfast every day. Very close to water taxi."

"The hotel was in a good location, the staff was friendly and they had a good breakfast. However the breakfast room was full of mosquitoes and the entire floor we stayed in smelled strongly like cigarettes even though it’s non-smoking and my wife had trouble sleeping due to the noise outside."

"Hotel was very nice, great buffet breakfast. It is not in the popular San Marco area but in a quieter area. Still convenient to walk or take public water bus to other areas, if needed. Hotel staff is very friendly & lots of local restaurants in area close to hotel. Highly recommend!!"

"Great stay. From the baggage storage from an early arrival, to checkout, it was a wonderful experience. The room was bigger than expected. The room darkening shades and comfortable bed made for a few nights of good sleep. The bartender Bane makes a tasty spritz. He helped us choose a place for dinner for our 25th wedding anniversary. Bane even called and made a reservation for us. The table was right on the canal and his recommendation did not disappoint. We will definitely stay here again if we return to Venice in the future."

"The hotel was wonderful. We arrived early and they were extremely helpful in securing our luggage and providing directions to St. Mark's Plaza, etc. The room was above expectations. One of the best we have stayed at. The breakfast was wonderful. Service was excellent throughout. We would return."
