In general this hotel was fine for the price. It is tough to maintain properties in Venice so there are some condition issues. An unstaffed front desk with a front door that is often left ajar and unsecure was concerning. The location is convenient but it is a little noisy. I always bring a white noise machine when I travel and I'm definitely glad I did this time. The cleaning staff does a good job and they are pleasant. The one thing that really bothered me was that I was overcharged for the city tax. At first they tried to charge me for every night that I was there but you are only required to pay up to 5 days (I was in Venice for ten days). They also charged me the rate for a 3 star hotel instead of the rate for a 2 star hotel. It was only a small amount so I didn't press the issue but staff should know the laws and rates.

駅から非常に近い点はいいかもしれませんが、夜中まで下のレストラン（？）で飲んでいる声がうるさかったです。中に入ると、チェックインデスクはありますが、上に紙が置いてあり、近くの別のホテルへ行って手続きをするように指示がありました。部屋の中は基本的な家具（ベット・タンス棚、机等）があるだけです。ドライヤーは電源を入れたら、送風が出ず、煙が出てきて、焦げ臭い臭いがし始めたので、慌てて止めました。お風呂はとても狭かったです。清掃はきちんとされていましたが、建物はとても古いです。

Close to train station. There is no reception at the property they make you walk to another hotel to check in and check out. Gave a lot of attitude and was highly disrespectful. We had four bags we had to drag back and forth just to check in. Asked for a room on ground floor before hand, did not give to us so we had to take our four bags up 3 floors to our room. Did not feel safe at all because no one was at front desk of hotel so people were able to come and go because the door was not always closed

Avoid
Avoid this hotel. The bathroom was disgusting between the dead bugs, mold and other issues it was difficult to stay in there long enough to brush my teeth. No elevator with narrow stairs. Need to check in at a hotel down the street according to a cryptic note left on the counter or on the door. Location near the train station is a plus, but not worth the gross room. Lots of other choices. Spend a few extra bucks and you will be much happier.

Punaises de lit
Première nuit pas de chauffage, deuxième ils ont mis un chauffage d'appoint, mais au réveil nous avons constaté la présence de Punaise de lit. Faites attention à vous. Sinon emplacement sympa et pratique proche de la gare de Venise et des restos.

Excellent location. Decent breakfast for 5 EUR. Good room, with AC. Staff should me more prepared to avoid queues. In the check in, there was only 3 people ij front of me, but took me almost 45 minutes.

Una estafa, 400 euros por tres noches y me dicen al llegar que tengo una habitación con baño fuera en el pasillo, tras una enorme discursion con la recepcionista y tras media hora de llamadas a Expedia aparece milagrosamente una habitación con baño dentro ( lo mínimo cuando te cobran 130 euros por noche ) el hotel sin recepción, en una calle cercana a la estacion de tren con dos restaurantes abajo, conclusion, ruidos toda la noche, no se lo recomiendo ni a mi peor enemigo, una estafa total.

Because the covid19 pandemic Italy was completely close on May 2020 and it was no way to get there, airports , train stations, vaporetos, every thing was close. we have to beg them to get the refund . they told as that they were open , obviously we couldn't be there and they didn't give as the refund

立地も完璧で、荷物もチェックアウト後の夜まで預かってくれるため、夜ベネチア出る時まで軽装で観光できて本当に助かった。部屋はベットぐらいにシンプルだが、バスルームがキレイで最高だと思う。

Não ficamos neste hotel devido uma questão na logística dele, e nos acomodaram no hotel parceiro, que ficava a 5 minutos de caminhada. O quarto era maravilhoso, lindo e grande! O ruim era subir 3 lances de escada.

Great service
Couldn’t stay in this hotel cause water heater wasn’t working, but the clerk had another hotel ready for us and it was great, beautiful, contemporary, great location and super breakfast. Highly recommended Casa Martini Hotel.

We actually didn't stay here because of an issue with the boiler, but the staff was very friendly and put us up in their sister hotel which was very nice, though a bit more of a trek from the train station than we would have liked.

Good location and service. A lot of stores around. Near train station and water taxi. No elevator. Can be an issue if you have a lot of luggage. The room near street is not confortable because all the sounds and noises from the street you can hear it and they don’t let you sleep. Hotel overall is okay.
