For what it is which is a hotel close to the airport it is suitable. I wouldn’t recommend using the hairdryer because it tried to burn your hand.

It’s clean and well maintained. Friendly and helpful front desk staff. Comfortable rooms and beds. Clean bathrooms. A little far from the train station and downtown but only 10-15 minute taxi ride to Marco Polo Airport.

Parking is convenient, but the parking lot needs cleaning up.

Staff was helpful and polite. I had a very early flight and the reason I stayed here was the location and shuttle service. Restaurant was very good. The bed was comfortable and neighborhood quiet.

Spotless hotel
Spent 4 nights in this hotel. The entire hotel was spotless. Our room was cleaned every day. I have been in hospitals that were not this clean. We ate in the hotel restaurant every night for dinner and every morning for breakfast. The food was delicious. And the staff was friendly and responsive. We would not stay anywhere else in Venice. I took away one star because after October 16 there is no air conditioning, but that is an environment thing and not the hotels fault.

The hotel is at a very good location. Close to airport and Venice itself. Bus stop is only 3-5 minutes walk. The only downside during fall is that, you have no control over AC or fan. You can open the window but your room will not cool down. Wish they had portable fans for each room at least.

This property is a pig with lipstick. The hotel *looks* nice and clean in the lobby but once you step into the elevator and get to your floor, the carpet is stained with years of grum and the walls are caked with scuff marks and stains. Once in the room, the floor and walls are in the same condition as the hallway. The entire hotel is on a common air system and regulated from the lobby once the "warmer" temperatures are over - it was approximately 25 degrees Celsius when we were there. This means you cannot lower the temperature in your room and turn on the air conditioning, even though you're sitting in the midst of what feels like the Amazon jungle. There is no screen or netting on the windows so you can't open it without welcoming all the flies and mosquitoes of Venice with you for the night. I do not recommend this hotel.

Close to bus stop that goes to Venice directly. Staff were helpful and friendly. The airport was 10 minutes away from the hotel and they offer a shuttle for 8 Euros per person. I would recommend this hotel for a nice stay in Venice.

Especially loved the view outside our bedroom window. It looked like a picture, beautiful countryside with Venice across the water. Bus into Venice was easy & quick ride too.

Gross and expensive
This was maybe one of the worst hotels I’ve ever spent the night in. It was run down, poorly designed and everything felt exceedingly cheap and poor quality. The room had a painted concrete floor making it feel like a prison cell more than a hotel room. The beds were tiny and uncomfortable, the shower head did not work so we were forced to use the hand shower and the bottom of the shower floor was badly stained. There were hairs in our bed and woke up to find the coffee maker in the room also didn’t work. The staff were unfriendly and the overall aesthetic had a cheap nail salon vibe. Dirty and poorly done. We actually called several hotels trying to find another place to stay because this place gave us the creeps so badly. I would recommend anywhere else.

Good stay by the Venice airport
Good place for an airport connection, HOWEVER, for a nice hotel to charge 16 Euros for the 5 minute shuttle to the airport seems outrageous. It should be offered gratis. Really good restaurant!

Stayed for 1 night before a flight home from Venice airport. Hotel was very quiet and clean and economy room was spacious and with good amenities. Made use of the hotel shuttle bus for 8 euros. Very convenient place for airport stays and only a 20 mins bus ride to Venice from the near by bus stop.

The room was very basic. Expected a double and one single bed but I had 3 single beds. Walls in the room were dirty. Hallway walls and carpet very dirty along with the stairways that need cleaning an vacuuming. Paid too much money for an unclean hotel.

Extremely convenient bus ride to/from Venice Marco Polo airport & Venice city center. A short walk to quaint village with delicious family owned La Vittoria Trattoria. Friendly and very helpful staff. Clean and comfortable accommodations. They even upgraded us to 2 rooms instead of the 1 room with 2 queens with no extra charge. We highly recommend Anthony Hotel & look forward to returning. We hope they will shampoo the hall carpets or install new ones before we return😉

The staff were not friendly, the breakfast was awful, they served stale food, the coffee and tea was digusting. Front desk were not very helpful, upon entering the room for the first time there were bottles of water left used and opened in the fridge. There was food left from previous guest. I would rate this as a 2*
