The location of the guest house was perfect, the staff were so very helpful in every way. Breakfast was such a nice treat in the morning and the attendant was wonderful. The tiny guest room over looking the garden was a wonderful get away in the midst of Venice.

We spend 3 nights in Venice and had a great time. Matteo was wonderful to talk to and had a lot of suggestions on what to do. Everybody was very friendly and the breakfast was great. We will come back and stay there.

What a gem, lovely little B&B the room was clean and adequate, the breakfast great with brilliant service, the owner could not be more helpful and enthusiastic about Venice, the only small downside is finding it, I used Google maps, and walked with the cases from the train station, we could’ve arrived by water taxi but I was tight and wanted to see the place, A must is a day or two by water bus pass to see the islands.

At Ponte Chiodo we had an excellent experience. Our room didn’t have a balcony, but there is a beautiful outdoor area were you are able to sit, relax, enjoy a drink or food looking at the beautiful sky. The breakfast service was amazing! Thanks

We stayed for two nights. Never slept in such a horrible, little room. The man in the breakfast was sympathetic but the man in the reception not. Never again, better spend some coins more and book a comfortable place.

I had the most exquisite stay at 3749 Ponte Chiodo Guest House in Venice and felt compelled to share my experience. The staff's warm and friendly demeanour made us feel like cherished guests. Their genuine hospitality added a special touch to our stay, and their delightful smiles were a constant reminder of their care. The breakfast was a treat for the senses, with the coffee being a standout. Dining in the garden was like stepping into a fairytale, evoking the wonder of Alice in Wonderland. Our room, with its antique charm and canal view, was a true gem. The mix of old-world aesthetics and modern comforts, including air conditioning, was perfect. Although our visit was short – just two nights – the impact was profound. Venice became my favourite destination, and 3749 Ponte Chiodo Guest House played a significant part. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Venice. It's not just a stay; it's an unforgettable experience that captures the city's essence. Overall, it was an enchanting stay that exceeded all expectations:)

Breakfast was perfect and enjoyable in the yard. Location was out of the crowds with nice restaurants and an easy walk to the train station and vaporetto stops. Room may have been a little tight, but what a view! Would stay again the next time in Venice.

It was an absolute joy to stay at 3749 Ponte Chiodo Guest House. After a busy week travelling, it was just the right base for me. Central but quiet. Convenient and safe. Mattia and his team are very welcoming and unobtrusive. They make you feel straight away at home. The room is lovely, quiet, large, well lit and amazing views of the canal. I can't recommend enough.

Déception !

Séjour choisit pour ses notes exceptionnelles, quelle déception …. Emplacement tres bien situé , Chambre au lit jumeaux qui s’ouvrent pendant la nuit et matelas vieillot, pas de volets et minis rideaux , canal très passant bateaux et touristes jusqu’à tard et bien évidement très tôt le matin. L’ami de l’hôte qui est venu pour le paiement des taxes était très agréable avec un français très bon .Le petit déjeuner était correct, mais une fois de plus cela reste un avis comparatif car à 330€ pour deux nuits nous avons trouvé beaucoup beaucoup mieux sur Venise ( actuellement dans un hôtel 4 étoiles où tout est impeccable avec peitit’dej excellent pour 310€ les deux nuits et placement centrale sur Venise !) mais des commentaires comme fabuleux, exceptionnels etc ne sont pas du tout appropriés , un correct ou un bien est largement largement suffisant !

Das Gästehaus hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Man konnte alles in Venedig gut zu Fuß erreichen und das Personal war sehr freundlich. Wir würden immer wieder dort hinfahren.
