"This is a very clean hotel right now the Venice beach. The location is amazing, beach is just a walk away, close to all the Venice beach has to offer. The rooms were clean and comfortable, for a family for 4 and the staff was very friendly and helpful. There is a rooftop bar and restaurant that provides amazing views of the beach and surrounding area. It does gets crowded and a bit loud during the weekend nights. "Good location minus smell of urine all down the street. Parking is impossible unless u arrange it with the motel. Had to ask for soap and wash clothes. Floors were very dirty. It felt strange with normal house doors instead of hotel doors. No coffee. Was told there would be a fire pit but I went outside in evening to have a drink and sit by the fire but there wasn't one. Common space was really dirty. Think they are doing bare minimum because it's on the beach and will sell out. No woman in...

"Not really convenient to be in a location surrounded by homeless people. The room was decent but the tissue box was empty , the shampoo bottle was almost empty. The shower curtain had hair inside. They advertise having beach chairs but they didn’t had the available for us. I appreciate having beach towels available. Front desk personnel was very kind."

"Large room with excellent amenities and friendly staff. Great views and Rooftop terrace. Excellent 24hr in/out parking not far away at 1715 Pacific avenue. (Use the SpotHero app). Venice is colourful shall we say compared to West Hollywood where we stayed for the first part of our trip. But a good mix of people before dark, a bit shady afterwards. Great stylish shops on Abbot Kinney BLVD nearby and an Erewhon."
