Charming

The dinner was superb - a wonderful chef. A charming rustic 16th century guest house retaining all the ambience of times gone by. Easier to get there with a car - otherwise a taxi is needed.

Prima tussenstop lekker buiten met resraurant.

Bedden zijn te kort voor de meeste Nederlandse mannen. Verder alles prima. Aardige behulpzame mensen. Geweldig terras aan het water en mooie wijnkaart. Prima tussenstop!

Beautiful setting ,exquisite food

Wonderful location .an old mill ,idilic setting by the river ,nice,clean comfortable room , food was delicious ,more courses than we could eat ,so as a set Menu it worked out more expensive ,but delicious and beautifully presented , staff very nice

convenient for walking and good food

Travelling with 2 dogs perfect for walking no traffic room a little dated but clean the evening meal was delicious will return for the excellent food and good servise

Très beau cadre

C'est un hôtel dans un beau cadre, une bonne nuit près d'un cours d'eau. Chambre quelque peu vieillotte mais de bonne qualité.

Halte incontournable pour un moment de bien-être !

Nous avons été accueillies chaleureusement à notre arrivée, avons pris un pot en terrasse puis dîné au restaurant de l'hôtel. Nous sommes parties le lendemain matin après un savoureux petit déjeuner, après avoir acheté du miel d'un petit producteur local proposé par l'hôtel.

Au moulin

Sympa , cela me change des hotels de chaine , bon petit déjeuner avec de bons produits, le restaurant mérite le détour , de toute façon vous ne passerez pas devant par hasard, il faut le vouloir, évidement la qualité se paie. Bon rapport pour la chambre, le prix est correct , bonne literie. Evidemment vous etes dans une batisse ancienne , avec les inconvénients comme l'acces par les escaliers etroits , et le manque d'isolation, des fenetres double vitrages ne seraient pas du luxe , mais à part les discussions des personnes sur le pas de la porte le soir c'est calme , par contre on entends tres bien ce qui se passe dans le couloir et les chambres voisines , y compris les toilettes. Ce qui m'a le plus dérangé c'est le wifi vraiment trop faible pour s'en servir , en deplacement de travail c'est important.

Hotel in lovely setting but off the beaten track

Stayed here en route to Portugal from Dieppe. Difficult to find as a long way away from anywhere and at the end of an unmarked road. Staff very friendly and helpful. Wi-Fi signal very poor. Room old and tired with strange details e.g. metal folding doors on the 'wardrobe'!!Not sure what was 'Superior' about the room but the bed was comfy and lovely country setting with river. Didn't eat in the restaurant as appeared to be expensive but looked inviting and the food would probably have been excellent. Quite a selection of restaurants to choose from a couple of miles drive away heading towards Veigny. Tea/coffee making facilities would have been nice in the room.

Magnificent

Wonderful French Hotel, with Staff who are most attentive. Nothing is too much trouble, and the Restaurant WOW. The most fantastic food ever eaten. Such a wonderful find, and a place that you want to tell everyone about.

Family Run Hotel with good location and food.

We stayed at Moulin Fleuri on our way to South Dordogne. We chose the hotel as it was located close to Tours and A10 and also it accepted our dog. The hotel decor is a little tired and needs a refresh. However the location and quality of food more than made up for tired decor! Dinner was taken on the terrace and overlooking local river. Food was superb and could not be faulted. (The foi gras sauce accompanying my tournedos will live in my memory for a long time). Restaurant was fully booked and included locals which is always a good sign. Breakfast following morning was also superb. Everything on offer fresh and great choice albeit no bacon and eggs! If you are seeking a family run hotel, with great food and location then I would recommend as stop off point on way to Southern France.

Hotel paisible et restau superbe.

Repas excellent, menu tres abordable pour un gastro dans un cadre reculé et reposant au bord de l'eau. Les chambres restent assez banales. (Si possible, demander la vue sur la riviere). Je conseille pour petit week end tranquille en amoureux.

Hervorragendes Restaurant

Das Hotel liegt etwas abseits, jedoch wird gerade in der Nähe eine Autobahn gebaut. Da direkt vor dem Hotel ein kleiner Bach rauscht, hört man vom Verkehrslärm fast nichts. Das Essen im Hotel ist ganz hervorragend und die Weinkarte ist riesig!

Great Stay

We loved our stay. What a wonderful setting with the gardens and waterways. Even though the motorway was very nearby there was no traffic noise just the peaceful sound of running water. Lovely staff and service. Food in the restaurant was really good.

Excellent service et cadre bucolique, mais difficile à trouver car il y a l'important chantier de la future ligne à grande vitesse juste à proximité. Les chambres sont charmantes mais le plancher est bruyant ainsi que les sanitaires. Le cadre est superbe et les petits déjeuners sont remarquables.
