"Room was clean, bed/pillows weren’t the most comfortable, but not horrible. Disappointed there was no hot tub. Breakfast was fantastic every day, and a cafe serving Starbucks in the lobby was the perfect touch. Would definitely stay again."

"Staff were great, the restaurant is delicious and has an amazing Sunday brunch. Hotel is a bit older, the tv doesn’t have any steaming options. It’s a smart tv and you need to log in on the internet to access apps and the internet doesn’t have the capacity to support that. No confectionery on site, there is a vending machine in the lobby. Gym is ok, older equipment and warm. Nice location downtown and by the river. Parking is gated which helps to feel secure. Room is renovated."

"Room was nice but for the price of the room not all the impressed. Especially since they didn’t have valet or a decent breakfast. "

"Found a contigo water jug in my room. Room appeared otherwise clean. Had to phone the front desk, phone continuously rang. After 20 minutes of trying to get a hold of them I finally went down to the front desk to talk to them myself. House keeping came pounding on my door at 10:30 and said “oh you’re still here? When are you leaving?” Coffee pot didn’t work in room. Got breakfast vouchers for the restaurant, tried to talk to the staff about gluten free options as both my daughter and I have Celiac, and they were unable to say if anything was gluten free or not. Also “wasn’t sure” if anyone cooking the food would be able to tell me for sure. So we didn’t risk it. Only stayed because it was slim pickings for hotels and we were trapped due to bad weather. Will not stay again."
