Good hotel to stay

The room maid said that the management told her that 4* hotel must change bed-linen every 5 days, whilst in the Tourism law and acts in BG it is clearly stated every other day unless the guest request daily!

Die Betten waren vor Jahren schon verbraucht, das Bad roch ständig unangenehm, der Lift völlig überfordert und das bei nicht vollem Haus, ein Termin für eine Massage nur etwa 7 Tage im Voraus zu buchen und jeder Schülerspeisung hat ein besseres Essen.

Это было ужасно, при приезде несколько раз меняли номера, т.к. были прокурены или пахли не приятно. персонал относится халатно, еда средне, готовят не очень вкусно, в основном отель для пенсионеров. пляж ближайший был весь в тине и очень грязный от сигарет и другого мусора. кондиционер плохо работал, вечером было очень шумно.

A 'curse and a blessing' stay

On the whole, I think the service from the staff was very good. Most times, they were very pleasant and went above and beyond. However, what I certainly didn't like were the meals. They was little or no variety, food was poor tasting and not adequately seasoned or over seasoned. Only on my last evening on the third night, did I get a decent meal. I did speak with a lady who had stayed there previously and she said that there wasn't a problem but there was different management then. It's an absolute shame, the location was ideal for spa and relaxation. Although, I was glad to leave only to get some proper food to eat. I would much prefer to stay on a room only basis and in season.

Oud hotel, vriendelijk personeel.

Mooi hotel. Over het algemeen vriendelijk personeel. Sommige waren wat stuger. Maar wanneer ze los kwamen waren ze vriendelijk.Hotel kan wel wat onderhoud gebruiken. Vooral bij het zwembad missen er hier en daar tegels. Wij zouden een kamer met een bad in de badkamer krijgen volgens hotel.com maar dit was er niet, alleen een douche.

One night stay

We stayed for just one nigh and opted for half board. Had we been staying longer or later in the reason we would probably do just B&B to enable us to sample some of the other restaurants in the area. Our room was large and comfortable and the bathroom had a bath and separate shower. Overall we would return to the hotel but probably only out of season before it gets too busy.

It was a little boring, but it was not their fault, we were only about 10 guest in the hotel, and the whole resort was also empty in winter. But it was ok for us, we were looking for rest and swiming. The food choice was limited, but not scarce - let's say about 8 on a scale to 10.
