No hot water until requested. AC is switched off periodically by the staff. Sheets are stained. No towels provided. There is no proper transportation service from this location. Have to walk to get a rickshaw. I will not recommend it to anyone.

Good location all the required things of sightseeing are very near from here this hotel acted as a pin point to go anywhere in Varanasi Temple was vert near just on the opposite lane gali ghats were just few steps there market inside is also good along with morning vendors inside the hotel.

This hotel is awesome as far as the location is Also near to Viswanath Mandir It was my second stay here and I loved it. The staff is very warm and helpful. The food is quite good. And with everything apart, this is the best place on the Ganges ❤️ Photo

Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice. We travelled with two six year olds and lots of luggage and despite the stairs up to the elevator this was one of the nicest places we stayed in the four weeks
