We felt the staff were not particularly welcoming and not all smartly dressed. They did not acknowledge us when passing the front desk or engage in conversation at any time. No information given re meals or timings. Staff were absent from the front desk in the mornings. They seemed to be more involved clearing breakfast. Refreshment tray in room inadequate. One teabag per room for two people staying overnight! Likewise milk cartons. Had to go down to reception to request for morning use. Asked if I wanted one or two! No coffee supplied without special request at reception. Paper cups supplied for hot drinks in room unsatisfactory and unpleasant. The hotel is in a convenient central position and clean, but the above issues marred our visit.

Entering the designated room, we discovered that it lacked electricity. There was somebody working on the issue but without any guarantee of success. The staff did not think that that was a sufficient reason to provide different accommodation. The staff at the front desk seemed to be prepared to deny help no matter what the request was.

Bonne situation de l’hôtel . Chambre propre, mais petite. Impression de confinement. Douche alternant eau chaude et eau froide avec peu de pression d’eau. Petit-déjeuner de qualité moyenne.
