Pleased with my stay

the Hotel located in quit streets, easy walk to main where all the foods and Bar. All facilities are great,breakfast was good. the only things is no hot water at my room. for the price I paid , I think is a good value.

Booked 4 nights, stayed only one. Noisy all night with doors banging, people shouting in corridors. Bathroom & bedroom floor were not clean. Broken sockets, bare wiring & lamp in room. Area around the pool was a mess with empty beer bottles and full ashtrays.

Great staff, great service, great hotel

Annecy Hotel (name change) is under new management and all are working hard to make this hotel a solid choice if you are looking for a mid range hotel with nice pool facilities. We had a room with balcony and loved sitting there at night overlooking the lights of Vang Vieng. During the day we had ever changing views over the beautiful karsts as well as the city. Small tv in room but had no success finding English speaking programs , good quality towels and bedlinen, mattress pretty firm. Toiletries in bathroom. Good water pressure in shower. Breakfast is buffet-style , albeit I found the food a bit repetitive and too bland for my liking. Adding hash-browns and/or pancakes to the menu, both foods liked by visitors from most countries, could provide that little extra variety at little cost. Good filter coffee and at all times were plates replenished. All areas including our room were kept spotlessly clean by the housekeeping team, thumbs up! The nice sized pool is very well looked after. There are sun loungers, chairs & tables, benches and some big umbrellas. Padding on the sun loungers would make them more comfortable though! Tours/bikes etc can be booked at hotel also. Where this hotel really shines is the personable attentive service the staff provide to all their customers. A big khop jai lai lai to all Annecy crew👍👍

가격대비 시설, 식사 형편없슴. 레셉션 직원들 직원인지, 알바인지 영어소통도안됨. 방문도어는 밖에서 빛이샐정도로 엉망임. 수영장관리도 전혀안됨.(낙엽,벌레,잠자리 ) 조식 5개메뉴중 선택인대 맛이?(식사포기)
