"Clean room, clean hotel, good variety at breakfast. The beds were a little bit soft, shower had all the necessities. Pool area and garden were nice. Close to a lot of wineries. "

"There was no hot tub, as advertised. Pool was cold. Hair in bathroom, no soap, sheets were not changed, no breakfast just some weak coffee, No coffee machine or microwave in room, even though we upgraded from the original reservation and paid extra. EXTREMELY DISCOURAGING. Hotels.com should reimburse me, it was awful!"
