Despite a less then perfect weather the staff were able to make my stay a wonderful one Especially the reception team… always freindly and with a welcoming smile The restaurant and the breakfast were ok with good variety of food and drinks but not top notch quality ( eggs were cold , line up at the coffee machine , no variance throughout the whole week ) Otherwise the rooms and the sea view were amazing and the place is new and very clean Thank you

The room was clean and a good size. The view of the sea was lovely. We did have an ant invasion on two seperate days but reception sorted it out quickly. It can be quite noisy with a beach bar playing loud music till late on two nights. Most of the staff were helpful and friendly, but not all. The pool area was great and the private beach was handy. Tbe aqua-aerobics was good fun. The gym equipment needed a little attention. The running machine was out of action for 3 days Breakfast was worth having, with a wide variety of foods. Dairy- free milk was available, but other.vegan options were limited. You need to hire a car. The nearest town had a supermarket and a great pizza restaurant and is in walking distance (1.2km). Just make sure you book restaurants. There are some lovely historic towns to visit, but the nearest was a 25 minute drive away and the best we found was an hour away. We always found a parking space at the hotel, but it wasn't always easy. Practice parallel parking!

Nice apartment with nice, amazing sea view. Beautiful beach. Friendly staff. Good air conditioning. Only negative point is the bath because the water doesn't sink properly and fast. Also there are not always enough parking slots so you may have to pay extra in the blue zones some days.

Das Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Unser Zimmer lag unmittelbar neben der Rezeption, es war teilweise recht laut in der Nacht und am frühen Morgen. Außerdem hatte es einen unangenehmen muffigen Geruch, welcher bei Nutzung der Klimaanlage noch intensiver wurde. Die Nähe zu dem schönen Naturstrand war ideal. Man könnte mit einem bisschen mehr Pflege der Anlage mehr daraus machen.

Zustand leider mäßig. Vieles war kaputt. (schublade, steckdose, Abfalleimer…) Parkplatz in katastrophalem Zustand. Man braucht fast einen Jeep, um unbbeschadet den unbefestigten Parkplatz befahren zu können. Lage natürlich super, service, personal, essen alles hervorragend! Aufgrund des schlechten Zustandes ist es trotzdem nur allenfalls ein 3 sterne hotel Ich würde künftig woanders buchen. Habe für 4 Sterne bezahlt und erwarte auch ein 4-Strrne Hotel.

Enttäuschender Aufenthalt – kein 4-Sterne-Niveau Wir buchten frühzeitig ein Zimmer mit Balkon und direktem Meerblick, erhielten aber ein Erdgeschosszimmer mit Hof, Zaunblick und nur minimalem Meerblick. Auf unsere Beschwerde reagierte das Personal unhöflich und abweisend. Erst nach mehreren Tagen und Druck über das Reisebüro bekamen wir ein anderes Zimmer – wieder mit Hof, aber zumindest mit direktem Blick aufs Meer. Die Sauberkeit war inakzeptabel: In beiden Zimmern funktionierte der Safe nicht (Techniker nötig), es gab Ameisen, schmutzige Steckdosen und Lichtschalter, ein defekter Seifenspender wurde nicht ersetzt. Trotz „Do not disturb“-Schilds betraten Reinigungskräfte das Zimmer mehrfach unangekündigt. Am Abreisetag wurden wir um 10:30 Uhr aus dem Zimmer gedrängt – obwohl der Check-out erst um 11:00 Uhr war. Die Kommunikation mit dem Personal war schwierig: Deutsch sprach niemand, Englisch nur teilweise. Beschwerden wurden abgewiegelt („Am Meer gibt’s eben Ameisen“), Bilder auf der Website seien nur Beispiele. Beim Frühstück herrschte eine angespannte Stimmung, das Personal wirkte gestresst und unfreundlich – mit Ausnahme einer Kellnerin und eines Mitarbeiters am Pool, die höflich und bemüht waren. Fazit: Unser Aufenthalt war geprägt von mangelnder Sauberkeit, schlechter Kommunikation und enttäuschendem Service. Dieses Hotel ist den Preis und seine 4 Sterne nicht wert.

It was a terrible experience from start to finish. We arrived late with a baby and elderly mother staff was rude.. mother is 75 room given was on the 3rd floor, the lift was broken we were very hungry and tired staff unhelpful said there is nothing we can do no manager on duty no food. My mother room air con leaking lights not working maintenance had to attend.. stair to steep my mother stayed downstairs in reception for most of the night. Dog Pooh all over the grounds children running about, the sea view room Was substandard for the money the bathroom smelt of sewage and the room was tiny never again !! No room service we were all starving when we arrived no one wiling to help,even though I contacted the hotel on advanve to ask if they can pleas keep us together so I. Oils look after my mother, if they did not get to the room 1st where my mother was staying she could have easily slipped on the water from The air con. When we kindly asked the hotel reception to clean the Dog mess she said it was not her problem.. Expedia need to down grade this hotel to rate This as exceptional this is wrong !! This is less the a 3 star hotel … please before anyone books this please check on trip advisor for reviews.

Das Hotel ist sehr schön, die Anlage ist zwar sehr weitläufig und teilweise hat man einen langen Fußweg zum Zimmer - aber es ist sehr hübsch. Komisch war nur, dass man um 21:30 Uhr auf dem Handy angerufen wurde und der Parkplatz zu räumen sei. Die ganzen anderen Tage war parken im Hof in Ordnung, am Anreise hatte man uns dort ausdrücklich „hingeparkt“. Frühstücksbüffet ist super, gibt alles was man braucht für einen guten Start. Strandabschnitt ist auch schön, in der Nähe gibt’s verschiedene Restaurants und Supermärkte.

Super Location, direkt am Strand. Das war echt schön dort. Zimmer sind sauber und gut. Unser Zimmer war gegen hinten raus, weil wir das günstigste Zimmer gebucht haben. Nächstes mal nehme ich das mittlere, dann habe ich hoffentlich Meersicht.

- Das sehr gut geführte Ressort besteht aus mehreren Gebäuden, wobei wir im Haupthaus untergebracht waren - Personal sehr freundlich - wir hatten Frühstück gebucht, das in ausreichender und guter Qualität (Offiziell bis 10:00 Uhr) bis fast 10:30 Uhr angeboten wurde. Auch hier das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. - sehr guter feiner und heller Sandstrand, der flach ins Meer geht. Somit auch gut geeignet für Familien mit Kleinkinder. - Am hauseigenen Strand stehen Liegen und Sonnenschirme ohne Gebühr ausreichend zur Verfügung - Lifeguard gibt es sowohl beim Pool als auch am Strand bis circa 19:00 Uhr - Parkplatz ausreichend vorhanden und ohne Gebühr - Internet gratis vorhanden, jedoch am Abend für Streaming Dienste manchmal überlastet - Laute Musik ab circa 19:00 bis 21:00 Uhr, hat uns aber nicht wesentlich gestört. Zusammenfassend: jederzeit gerne wieder Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen, danke dafür
