-Room was very clean -Neighborhood. was safe. -staff was extremely helpful and polite -room doesn’t come with a stove, but you can use a stove on the first floor

Pretty nice hotel. Has a full kitchen, nice clean rooms and quiet. Several choices to stay. Like hostel rooms. But i choose my private bathroom. I recommend for family or solo travels.

Clean, basic and comfy room, great for exploring the town. Around the corner there is s great restaurant called Oasis Familiar, great food at an affordable price.

Nice place to stay!

It was a nice place to stay. The place was very clean and the room was spacious. The only drawback is that it is about a 10 min walk to the center of town and about a 20 min. walk to the bus stations.

Good stay at a great price! Cleaning and service was good, and location worked well for us. Only lacking a bit more common space maybe.

Gorgous/Beutifull and super clean.

All areas were super clean as the employees scrubed and mopped the entire time we ate and cooked. The rooms are beutifull with new furniture, beutifully tiled floors, super clean bathrooms and wall installed air conditioning units and super fast fan.

Good, not quite great

Nice, modern hotel and hostel. Very clean and generally quiet. Beds were comfortable and there's a nice open area in the back to sit and eat. Air conditioning was fantastic. Four blocks from Cenote Zaci. My biggest gripe was no hot water at any time. The microwave in our room had a broken turntable so it didn't cook evenly. Off street parking, but only four spaces.

Staff was amazing, helpful and courteous. There was a small leak behind toilet and the hot water didn't last long. Located within a 10 minute walk to the downtown area in Valladolid. Overall this a very convenient place to stay in

Two day stop over

Great value for money the place is very basis but clean spacious only a 10 minute walk away from the main square 15 from the bus station and plenty of cafes shops on the way and with it being slightly out it’s a lot quieter.
