Easy parking arrived late but had not received the access code so had to use the intercom to gain access cheap clean cheerful ideal for an overnight stay en route
I stayed at the hotel with my dog on the way home to England. I parked outside my room, and which was great! The room was comfortable and clean. The are was quiet and I was able to take my dog for a walk.
in general the hotel was an adequate overnight stay, clean, tidy and in good order. however there was nowhere to get a drink after a long journey, except a drinks dispenser in reception. The Buffalo Grill round the corner, which was good for food, did not open til 7pm. Nowhere to sit except in the bedroom. However the breakfast was excellent, plentiful and well stocked.
The location was fine, room was ok. I say staff terrible as there was not N/A because we didn't see or speak to any staff. I would say it was expensive for what you got BUT it was MotoGP weekend at Le Mans.
I regularly choose to stay at B&B hotels. They are basic but clean and well equipped. The car parking is secure which helps you to get a good nights worry free sleep. The Wi-Fi is irritating because you have to go through a tiresome logging in process every time you switch on your phone or laptop.
The idea of this hotel was, great easy to park convenient rooms late check-in. However, it was so uncomfortable, the beds were tiny (my eight year old son complained of the size) and so mattress so hard I hardly slept. Also the room was dirty which I did bring to attention. Breakfast was good, but I wouldn’t stay here again

The property was fine for a one night stopover , but rooms were very small and probably in need of a good clean .
Great place for a quick stopover, especially en route to/from ferry’s if travelling through France. Perfectly located, great breakfast, parking & a ‘Buffalo grill’ next door.
Friendly staff.Lovely spacious room and bathroom.Well situated for town centre.
Good breakfast.Excellent stopover for tunnel or ferry.Would definitely stay here again.
First time I used this hotel chain and I was very impressed. Beds super comfy, room clean and bathroom cosy. Will use again as very convenient.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
For what it is , bare minimum , staff, vending machines, breakfast, shower facilities etc it is priced comparable to mid range hotels, it’s budget amenities but mid range Hotel prices
Liked the friendly attitude of the reception staff, so accomodating of my mobility issues. Didn't like it that we only stopped one night. Will use this stopover on our future trips further south.
It’s a motel, not a hotel. Facilities are very poor. The desk is not operating after 9pm so no requests can be fulfilled. We booked as 2 but only had one towel.
The “air conditioning” operated not as a heater so it could not cool the room. We will never book a B&B hotel again.
I usually try to choose B&B hotels when travelling as I feel they offer the best combination of quality, comfort and price. I was certainly not disappointed on this occasion. A well-run budget hotel, spotless room, superb bed and linen, clean shower/ wc.
I also appreciated the lift as I have mobility issues.
Checkin was efficient and friendly.
The hotel was nice. The host was very helpful with information about Alençon. We liked the breakfast. The main problem was booking in as we could not find out how to get in. We found out later that we had to use the 24 hour access button which had an English speaker available

Disliked: Staff & service, room comfort
Small cheap and not worth the money.
Very very basic hotel. More like a formula one. Bed very hard with only two small pillows. Bathroom small with a small bath shower
Won’t stay again.
