Lovely location right outside a bus stop. Comfy bed and cosy design. Perfect for a short stay. The beach is a 5 min walk away. The staff are incredible and very attentive. Would easily go back tomorrow.

Beautiful location with walking access to excellent beaches and natural areas. The property is run by a uniquely friendly staff who goes out of their way to help. Terrace and balcony views of the mediterranean sea are definetely soecial. We had a wonderful time there.

The price is high for what you get. Breakfast was the same every single day and it was very limited. It could get noisy at night from the restaurant downstairs. It’s right at the bus station so it’s a convenient location. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Overall i give it 3 stars.

Small hotel just outside the centre

The hotel was simple and the staff were helpful and friendly. 25 mins by bus to Valencia city, bus stops just outside. Beach is 10minute walk away. Great little base with good local restaurants, beach and city break.

Good hotel outside Valencia

Very friendly and helpful staff with 24h service. A nice and clean hotel. Our room had a very big balcony with outdoors furniture. The rooms could be said to be a bit small, but still cosy. The busses to downtown stopped RIGHT outside the door and the beach is a short walk away through a beautiful forest.

All the staff were really friendly and helpful. The room was nice, comfy bed, good wifi, good shower, and came with a mini fridge, a kettle, bowls and plates. There's a beach very close, and a bus stop right out front that takes you to Valencia so location was perfect. I would definitely go back to this hotel

Good service, but...

It's a budget hotel, but there has been a lot of care to make guests feel comfortable and enjoy their stay. The room was a little small for a couple with two big suitcases, but clean, tidy, good enough bathroom, had a small outside balcony and the bed was extremely comfortable. Where this hotel shines is the warm and friendly customer service - both in the hotel and in the restaurant next door. We ate several times in the restaurant, the food was very tasty and good value. It is possible to sit inside or there is an outside area which is covered (by a floor of the hotel above). A useful place to drink coffee and use a laptop. There is a roof terrace with a glimpse of the sea, however the bar is closed for the season. There is some free street parking just outside the hotel, we were lucky to find a place when needed. The hotel is about 10-15 minute drive to Valencia centre, so it's convenient if you prefer to stay outside of the city, and/or pay less for a hotel. The local beach is about 200m from the hotel. We were booked for 3 nights but left after one night. This was not the fault of the hotel specifically. Firstly, between 8pm and 10pm there was a drum band practice perhaps a 100m away. Secondly, around midnight we were woken by other "romantic" guests - the walls are thin. Later by other guests arriving back to the hotel. Finally, the town/village is a resort area. Many of the cafe's, restaurants were closed for the season.

Perfect for my trip

Perfect little place to stay for my business trip. Clean, tidy and quiet. Nice breakfast and a good choice of restaurants near by. The beach is a 5 minute walk away too, which was a bonus.
