"Due to the news and information from numerous sources, we knew the severe wildfires were spreading near that region and causing many difficulties. Even the local authorities declared an emergency and were advising people to be safe and take precautions. However, the hotel maintained there were no issues there, which is a total denial of the situation there. We just don't understand why they would take that attitude. We like that area and wanted visit it in future after all this settles down,...

"Big room- everything you need. Air con performed well. Rooms well cleaned just a few hairs left behind by cleaners on occasion but in shower or sink so nothing gross. Staff spoke good English which helped my broken Spanish get the message across. Wifi worked well and was able to work and make teams calls with no issue. Overall a great place to stay in a central location - most city sights less than 15min walk and 30min bus to the beach. Heaps of food and shopping right on the doorstep."

"La chambre était super mais le climatiseur était en panne le 1er soir, ce qui est compliqué pour dormir quand il fait 35 degrés. On nous a fournit un ventilateur le lendemain et la climatisation a été réparée pour notre 3e nuit. Pour s'excuser, ils ont proposer un départ tardif et on pouvait pas nous changer de chambre car l'hôtel etait complet mais sinon ils sont très serviables et apportent des solutions."
