"This is definitely one of our favourite hotels in the world. Much as we want to gatekeep this property, we want to see its continued success. The decor is impeccably curated, a perfect balance of modern finishings with antique furnishings. The bed and bedding create a cloud to sleep on. We will always return.
One thing - please go back to the Molton Brown bath and body items. Occitane is ok but nowhere near as good as MB! "
"When we arrived the young lady at the desk was nice and pleasant gave us 3 keys - only one worked. Went to the room and there were no towels in the room at all, no robes as advertised for the spa features. When I went to ask the young lady at the desk I was given 3 towels for the pool and asked to make sure I gave them back before heading back to our room. I figured the towels would be brought while we were swimming so we could shower after but they weren’t. We left for supper, came back - still no towels. Went back down to the front desk where the young lady then handed me towels unfolded from a bin. I asked if we could also get a facecloths and was met with some attitude. Our bathroom ceiling lights were burnt out but the mirror light did work. The hottub was a shade of green and very dirty but the pool was clean. My kids had fun swimming"
"Very friendly owner and convenient location. Unfortunately the room was very dirty (stained sheets with hair in them), stained towels, lots of dirt on the floor. The bed has a single mattress that was very firm. The location is near a busy road so noise wasn't ideal. Breakfast was good but overall wasn't worth the room issues."
"The condo was clean and modern. Our unit was on the lower level which meant going up and down exterior stairs to access the unit. No one shovels the stairs which have a narrow tread. As a result, the stairs are compacted with snow that has turned to ice and makes the whole situation a challenge going up or down in spite of the stone dust that is available for guests to spread. The kitchen utensils were insufficient. There were 3 frying pans but no adequate utensils to use when cooking with a frying pan. "
"We had an amazing stay! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the rooms were spotless. The highlight was definitely the hot tub , relaxing in it at night while surrounded by snowy nature and a sky full of stars made the experience unforgettable."
