The laundry facilities are excellent. I was able to use the TV to find out available washing machines and dryers. That is a very good use of the technology. The view from the room was good. It is very convenient for shopping, restaurants and transportation

Location is excellent, 5 mins from utsunomiya jr station. Bed n room is very good. Reception efficient. Onsen is modern and outside onsen is good. Bf is exvellent, however, dishes are not replaced fast enough. Food is diversified, and changes.
