Hi there Peter, How nice of you to share your Mother Goose experience with us. We are delighted to have been a part of what seems to have been a wonderful stay . We are very sorry about the inconvenience that the cold water may have caused! We are a sustainable hotel, so the water is heated partly by solar energy and partly by small boilers per floor. Now that the weather outside is not so nice and if many guests take a shower at the same time, the system cannot cope and unfortunately the smaller boilers on each floor can be used up more quickly. That's why you sometimes have to wait a while before taking a shower before the hot water is refilled. We are working on this and are working with the municipality to find a solution. We zullen het gelijk doorgeven aan ons housekeeping team en hier voortaan beter op letten, bedankt voor de tip! Voortaan kan je ook altijd naar ons toe komen om dit te melden, we zijn 24/7 beschikbaar en staan altijd klaar om je te helpen.Ook jammer dat het ontbijt iets minder je smaak bleek te zijn. Het is inderdaad een vegetarisch specifiek ontbijt dat niet voor iedereen is weggelegd. Daarom proberen we bij check in altijd nog even toe te lichten wat er allemaal in het ontbijtje zit.Wel super fijn om te lezen dat je het hotel leuk vond en het personeel zo aardig en behulpzaam, en dat je de kamer en het bed ook als goed hebt ervaren.
