"Location is nice but room is dated. Could be cleaner. Service very slow. Hospitality is great, but you need to really flag down someone for help when assistance needed. Room really needs better cleaning. Shower head was molded and had to ask them to change and clean. When calling front desk, service requested was extremely slow."

"Check in was smooth and convenient. EG’s friendly and courteous staff was always there to help during our stay and most helpful with all our luggage both checking in and checking out. The rooms are spacious and they are sure to keep everything clean and tidy. Tons of breakfast options and the complimentary breakfast and snacks are a nice touch. Located in the center of many restaurants and shopping opportunities, I highly recommended staying here and look forward to booking with them in the future."

"location was great. Close by to Uptown Mall & variety of restaurants. Unit was a good size and clean however during night time, we were able to hear noises which would be from neighbors, the refrigerator, and sometimes it sounded like someone was trying to open the door. WiFi did go out on our 5th night, attempted to contact the host however there was no response. Overall, experience was good. "
