The person at the front desk was disrespectful, the phone in the room didn’t work had a negative attitude, and seemed annoyed that we arrived early. There was no greeting or welcoming attitude. Every request was met with resistance, and he repeatedly said he couldn’t help us without offering any alternatives. He came across as argumentative and unprofessional throughout the interaction. "House was beautiful. Room and facilities were spotless. The hosts were brilliant as well. I’d missed going out for dinner in the area so they kindly made me an excellent grilled cheese sandwich. And when they realised I’d be walking half an hour the next day to my next stop, even dropped me off. Couldn’t recommend this place enough. If I’m ever back in the area I’ll be staying here."

"Nice new hotel in Northborough. Friendly efficient front staff. The room was clean but a little sterile. Some stains on the comforter that was a little off putting—no duvet. Not your typical Hilton pillows. Nice breakfast and good coffee with oat milk option. Nice place if you need to stay in the area for a short trip."

"The man at the front desk was of no help and refused my stay because he wouldn’t accept my military ID card, as my drivers license was lost during my travels. He also would not accept a picture of my license. This upset me a lot but more so than anything, his rude and demeaning attitude and unwillingness to have a calm and professional conversation is what left me floored."

"We had a comfortable room with 2 beds on the ground floor - very clean inside but the patio area hadn’t been swept There was an indirect pool but room keys/fobs didn’t open it and we needed to get a staff member to let us in They did say it was a fault which they were trying to sort out but we weren’t told in advance when checking in and there were no towels at the pool (though we were subsequently told we could pick them up from reception) there was a decent bar area which looked quite north...

"Staff were very friendly and tried their best to help customers. The property is in much need of updating. They can start by cleaning the carpets in the halls and rooms. Power went off on my check out day, that's wnen I learned they don't have a back up generator for power outages. Never have I experienced a property of that size not having a generator. Well...maybe they did, just in need of repairs like the rest of the place. Will stay elsewhere on future trips."

"Lucky enough to have stayed here for two nights for one of the World cup games, 10-15 minutes away from Stadium. Room was clean, property was clean. Staff very friendly and helpful, specially the staff in charge of Breakfast at the hotel, clean breakfast room, overall very satisfied. Would stay again."

"It’s a lovely inn and very quiet. Nice bathroom, but when we were there the room maintenance seems to have fallen behind - but that may not be the case in the rest of the inn."

"We had a very brief stay. Our only complaint was that the heat was so high that we had to open the window. We tried lowering the thermostat with minimal results. (i will say that they offered us a room change but it was so late that we declined.)"

"Ice machine didn’t work, rooms were run down, beds were so uncomfortable and the place was a dump. Luckily we didn’t have to shower because it was full of mold. Paid $200 to stay there and NEVER AGAIN would I even think about it"
