"Excellent customer service. Very helpful front desk staff especially Donna. Whilst the initial booking was for a superior room, on our request, we were accommodated in a different room which was a lot more quiet. Thank you. Car parking underneath the hotel is charged at $40 per night ( multiple entry). "
