Built in the mid 1800s, this liberal arts college features gothic architecture thru out the campus. This university was founded by delegates of ten dioceses of the Episopal Church from AL, FL, GA, TX, MS, NC, SC, TN, LA, & AR wanting to create a Southern university free of Northern influences.
