Le check-in se réalise en autonomie. L’accès à la chambre se fait via un code sur la porte. J'ai donc contacté Steiners pour obtenir ce code, mais après plusieurs échanges, celui-ci n'a pas fonctionné, nous empêchant d'accéder à la chambre. Nous avons donc attendu une heure dans la cage d'escalier jusqu'à ce qu'un employé vienne nous ouvrir…

"Excellent location if flying into Stuttgart, 4 minutes on S-Bahn then a 4 minute walk to hotel. Only 30 minutes on the same S-Bahn line to city centre. Very clean and comfortable, staff were great. Highly recommended. "

Herzlicher Empfang an der Rezeption, ein Welcome Drink wurde angeboten, das Frühstück lecker und der Rest war auch super. Kaffee oder Tee gibt's die ganze Zeit über kostenlos.
