"Staff was very friendly and helpful. Parking was safe. Pool was clean and warm. Water dispenser was broken. Beds were clean and comfortable. The property was well kept and absolutely beautiful at dusk when the outside lights turn on. Feels like you're not even in the city. (Except we heard gunshots at about 2:45am) There's no fridge or microwave in rooms which was a bummer but they did have an ice machine. Overall great stay and will probably be returning someday."

One thing that would have really elevated the experience would be having the terrace open throughout the day so guests could fully enjoy the property. It would have been such a nice place to relax, read a book, or enjoy coffee. The terrace was typically only open after 5 PM. The first night we were there it was closed for a private party, and another evening it did not open until 7 PM, which felt a little...

"Great stay across from the Civic Center. Small room, but classy. The light switch took a bit to figure out (fast click vs long click for all features). Nice view on upper floor (paid extra for that). Near skid row... Count on nearby parking for $40/night... street parking is nearly impossible, even with handicap tag. Breakfast is minimal... suggest eating out. Price was right, though."

"All of the staff we encountered were very friendly and informative. Rooms were clean. Only problem was room was a little stuffy could use a better a/c unit luckily I had brought a small fan for us which helped us stay cooler."
