"Overall I had a great experience at this hotel. It was clean and close to downtown and the waterfront. One critique or point of caution for others is that there are multiple locations for this hotel with the same name. The hotel and Expedia should do a better job to point this out and make it clear. There is one near the airport and one downtown. I took a taxi from the airport asking to go to the “Innside Hotel” and the driver took me to the wrong one. He charged me a flat rate of $21 for a short trip probably less than 10 minutes to the one close to the airport. The check in person told me that i was at the wrong location and that the same thing happened to someone else earlier in the day. I had to take another taxi around $25 to the downtown location. If this has happened to multiple people then why don’t you do something about it?"

"Beautiful hotel , centrally located for walking . Close to many shops and places to eat, drink or sightsee. The Hop on Hop Off Bus stops close to the entrance. Breakfast buffet for €16 , nice selection but waitress was not overly friendly but that could have been the language barrier. No pool of hot tub but that’s not as common as it is in other locations. Also , no faceclothes but again more a less common thing there . Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful . Would definitely stay again if we return to this area in future . "

"The hotel is in a great location in the Gothic quarter and near restaurants and shops. The staff were friendly, the room was lovely and with a nice view down to the alleyway. Breakfast was lovely Highly recommend"

"Wonderful hotel, the staff was helpful in giving recommendations and booking reservations. The pool on the roof is small but it’s a lovely place to relax with views of the city and the “cocktail hour” with a free daily drink and croquette was wonderful!"

"This is an acceptable travel hotel in central location. We did not think it was worth the price at all and were disappointed. Clean inside. Comfortable beds. Breakfast was really awful. You should note that the larger family rooms are actually two tiny rooms connected by a strange little foyer with its own door. The heavy fire doors do not prop open, so this would be very annoying with small kids. Staff said they would try to prop doors and then never came back. It’s a fine hotel, but pictures and price make it appear much more luxurious than it is. Lots of construction right in front of hotel. Great location. "

"Our stay at the H10 Madison was absolutely outstanding! The hotel was modern, elegant, and extremely comfortable, with excellent service from the staff throughout our visit. The location could not have been better — just a couple of blocks from the breathtaking Barcelona Cathedral and within walking distance of so many of Barcelona’s top attractions, restaurants, and shops. The food was exceptional, the rooms were quiet and beautifully maintained, and the overall experience exceeded our expectations. We would highly recommend the H10 Madison to anyone visiting Barcelona and would absolutely stay here again!"
