Breathtaking

This is just one of the most beautiful and comfortable hotels I've stayed in. The surroundings are just breathtaking!!! The front desk personnel, specially Natalia were amazing, kind, helpful and tremendously accommodating to the needs of my elderly mom. Might not be comfortable for people with limited mobility.

A peaceful and beautiful scenery

The villas are in the midst of the vinery, which is a spectacular experience. The staff is friendly and answers your requests quickly. The hotel is new and can improve some small details (i.e: there was no support for products in the shower) and the food menu can be more diverse. Other than that, I was very happy with the stay.

Don’t be intimidated by the road leading to the hotel, is a very short drive. Once you get to the lobby/restaurant, everything is very elegant. The Villas are beautiful, very modern and well decorated. The restaurant is AMAZING. The views are incomparable, the food tastes delicious and the wine selection is great. The “asado” in the terrace, with live guitar music was out of this world. The staff is very attentive. Rodrigo made our stay perfect with attention to every single detail. All the staff treated us so well, thanks to them we had a great relaxing stay. The Villas are located very close to world class vineyards. Very centric to places to visit and recreational activities.

I had a great weekend here! The room was in the middle of the vineyards with a beautiful view on the Andes, I’ve never seen anything like it! I was assigned a concierge (Federico) when I checked in. He took care of showing me the property, setting me up at the pool and finding transportation for my winery visits. The service felt very personalized and friendly. I was also assisted by Rodrigo who helped me with transportation to wineries and the airport (he negotiated a great price for me). He also helped with an issue with the credit card payment (the hotel mistakenly charged almost 3x the price I had booked on Expedia). He was very empathetic towards the situation and made sure the issue was solved quickly. He also showed me around the property and found me some mate! I’m super grateful for his help and my stay wouldn’t have been the same without him. Unfortunately, the pool was very far from the main buildings and the rooms. The estate is beautiful but is also very big, which makes it hard to access. It was complicated to get transportation from the hotel because it’s remote and there’s no taxis nearby. There’s also no indication from the main road, so unless you’ve been before, there’s no way to know where to go. Additionally, the staff should share a price list for all the meals and the drinks before suggesting a bunch of things... I wasn’t showed any menu or price at any point during my stay and had a salty bill at the end.

Visual espetacular, Quarto 29 gigante limpo e excelente, café da manhã e jantar ótimos com o atendimento de Diego e Laura. Do mais, não há nenhum atendimento durante a tarde, ninguém na recepção ou restaurante, tudo fica abandonado, Santiago (que lhe entregou as chaves) não responde suas msg via WhatsApp, não se consegue nem um balde de gelo para levar algo para a piscina, prepare-se para carregar sua mala pesada nas costas até seu quarto (ninguém fará por vc.) por uns 100 metros (chão de pedregulhos), pensou em usar as bikes na propriedade ? (esqueça, os pneus estão murchos !!), conclusão: lindo mas serviço terrível, nunca mais voltarei.

Cheguei de madrugada pois meu voô atrasou, e mesmo eles não atendendo normalmente check-in nesse horário, o Santi começou a me contactar pessoalmente pelo WhatsApp, me esperou até as 3h da madrugada e nos levou até nosso quarto. O lugar é paradisíaco, tudo é lindo! a vista, os chalés, o restaurante, tudo maravilhoso! O restaurante é espetacular. alta culinária. Além dos vinhos muito bons produzidos na própria vinícola. e o preço é honesto. Reservem sem medo!

Excelente e surpreendente, com algumas observações

Quando vimos as fotos do local, logo quisemos nos hospedar lá. Ao olhar as avaliações e comentários, principalmente os mais antigos, tivemos alguns receios pois parte dos comentários falava coisas que, felizmente, achamos totalmente discordantes com a realidade. Os quartos são extremamente espaçosos, o banheiro possui o maior box de chuveiro que já vi. A cama e a roupa de cama são de qualidade. Há roupões e todos os equipamentos para que haja uma estadia bastante confortável. O serviço a atenção de todos os funcionários, sem exceção, foi excelente. Eles saíram do tradicional e atenderam todos os nossos pedidos, mesmo quando solicitamos coisas específicas como uma noite de pizza e uma parrilla argentina. Além disso, pudemos utilizar o ofurô do hotel quando quisemos. O café da manhã, novamente ao contrário de alguns comentários, consta com uma variedade de opções capaz de agradar a todos. É verdade que não há grandes diferenças de um dia para o outro, mas a base dele já é suficiente para atender muito bem, com variedade e bastante qualidade. De fato, a piscina do hotel ainda não está pronta, e isto deveria ficar claro nas informações da página. Como era inverno, não nos fez diferença, mas pode causar desânimo em alguns em épocas mais quentes. Toda a estrutura é de muito bom gosto! A distância dos quartos para a recepção pode ser um problema para alguns com dificuldades de locomoção ou até para levar as malas, caso não tenha transporte próprio que o faça Enfim, excelente!

Acertaram em muitos pontos e erraram em outros

Se você for pagar o valor da sua hospedagem no momento do checkin, confirme antes da sua chegada via Whats App quanto você deverá separar de dinheiro. No momento do nosso check-in, quiseram nos cobrar quase o dobro pelo “cambio turismo”. Com relação ao quarto é que as tomadas são todas do padrão argentino e além disso, elas estão colocadas de forma que os nossos adaptadores não funcionam corretamente, pois o padrão argentino é frágil e não consegue segurar os equipamentos na tomada. . No anúncio o hotel coloca algumas fotos da piscina, mas na prática não é bem assim. A piscina sim é maravilhosa, porém não está pronta para o uso. Não há nem placas mostrando o caminho e ao chegar nela com a ajuda de um funcionário, fomos surpreendidos por uma piscina imunda, o entorno dela está totalmente inacabado O contraponto é que há uma Jacuzzi muito bonita e muito bem localizada. Nos ofereceram toalhas e balde com gelo para tomarmos os nossos vinhos. O hotel fica localizado a cerca de 50 minutos de Mendoza, portanto não há nada perto para fazer uma refeição, ou seja, você precisa se alimentar no hotel. Por incrível que pareça, você receberá duas fatias de pão tostado, um prato bonito com alguns 04 ou 05 tipos de frutas e um potinho mínimo de requeijão. Não há um croasaint, não há fatias de queijo e presunto. apenas três opções de jantar em um menu de três passos, nada além disso.Você tem apenas a opção do menu (100 Dólares) ou uma taboa de frios (60 dólares). Muito caro.

Instalações muito boas. Ainda faltam acabamentos, mas os quartos e demais áreas do hotel são lindos e luxuosos. O problema é a organização dos serviços. Embora os funcionários sejam muito simpaticos (o que aliviou as dificuldades), as coisas não funcionam. Já na chegada, tivemos que caminhar carregando as malas no meio de vinhedos, apesar de haver um caminho pavimentado que poderíamos ter usado. No café da manhã há poucas opçoes (mas gostosas!). No primeiro dia o serviço do café demorou quase uma hora. Houve um dia com programação para manutenção elétrica e não avisaram aos hóspedes. Faltou luz (o que acarreta imediata falta de água) durante quase um dia inteiro. Houve hóspede pego de surpresa no meio do banho. Ficamos sem wifi pelo dia todo. Fizemos reservas de jantares avisando que eu não comia carne e em nenhum dia havia uma opção para mim no mesmo tempo das demais refeições. Pontos altos: música ao vivo com lareira ao ar livre e integração que a equipe faz entre os hóspedes.

Fantástico.

A hospedagem na VILLAS DEL MALBEC foi incrível, para começar o local é incrível, fica localizada em uma fazenda de 400 ha que produz uvas malbec. Os quartos são amplos e muito confortáveis, ideal para grupos de amigos e família. Afastado da cidade de Mendoza , porém geograficamente próximo a Lujan de Cuyo e de Tupungato ( Valle de Uco ), próximo de grandes vinícolas . Agradecimento especial ao Marcos ( dono do espaço) que faz questão de receber os seus hópedes , ao Lucio , que além de tudo debulha um violão e canta muito . O espaço para quem gosta de um bom vinho e cheiro do campo é perfeito.
