Pros: 1) Very near to city centre 2) Has attached cafeteria that serves tasty breakfast from 8 AM to 10 AM and Tea/coffee with light snacks from 4 PM to 5 PM included in room charges in the first floor 3) The building has an attached MTR 1924 cafeteria in the ground floor 4) Good and responsible staff at the reception, housekeeping, canteen and maintenance staff 🙂 Cons: 1) All rooms have Airconditioner but no ceiling fans, but if you insist, they will provide a table/pedestal fan 2) Bathroom doesn't have indipendent exhaust fans but are connected to a centralised exhaust which is switched on in the morning and evening 😔 3) Rooms need little maintenance like painting and better pest control Overall we had pleasant stay for three days from 11th October 2026 to 14th October 2026

We stayed in Samanvay Boutique hotel to get a darshan at Udupi Krashna temple last week.Excellent stay , location wise,neat well maintained rooms ,d buffet breakfast and d complimentary evening tea is reason enough to visit again.The staff is extremely courteous and pleasant.Most importantly ,they serve you with love and care ,one feels so comfortable and happy.Inspite of the hotel being full with Manipal admission going on,there was no confusion or chaos in d hotel or irritation or delay in service from d staff.A safe women friendly and family friendly place to stay in.Would love to go again soon for a relaxed stay and would highly recommend d place for a comfortable stay in Udupi Thank you Team Samanvay !!! Keep d good work 👌

Excellent hotel close to Krishna temple. It’s on a main road and close to toll road; yet a quiet place with good surroundings. Their breakfast and evening snacks are tasty, prepared healthy and you would crave for. Cleanly maintained and friendly staff. My favourite hotel in Udupi.
