Worst hotel on the earth
There was no facilties like hotel. It was just 180 degree opposite as its looks in images whis are uploaded in booking sites. Its equiped with no drinking water, tv and AC was not working, no phone, no geaser, no cleaning, no brekfast, lunch, dinner. They are simply looting the money with the help of expedia.co.in

After checking we could not stay for even a minute and left the hotel in five minutes.horrible experience.Ratan Singh.you may check and refund my money to my credit card.The payment was made through my hdfc bank credit card

It is not at all 3 star... Not even 1 star... Pathetic rooms and was realy unsafe. We left the place within half n hour... Over rated property.

Very dirty place to stay...lots of noise pollution around this hotel and very bad smell coming up whole night.

I checked into the hotel Anand Palace because Hotels.com gave it a rating of 3 and 1/2 stars. I checked-in at 6 PM and checked-out in half an hour at 6:30 on March 15. This hotel is not worth living for humans. This hotel is used as a cooking/storage area. The elevator had stacks of indian sweets stacked to the roof in trays. The rooms (i had 3 rooms) were stinking of urine or something really bad. The bathrooms were as if they had never been cleaned in last couple of years.
If hotels.com gives this hotel 3 1/2 stars then i think no one should book hotels through this site again. I had gone to this hotel with two other families, and felt ashamed to have trusted hotels.com's rating.

Bad Experience
This hotel shouldn't be more than 1 star so I question 3.5 star rating.
Rooms were dirty, noisy. This hotel in true means was a storage for their sweet shop.
Factory runs all night with loads of noise, very smelly and dirty rooms.
Washrooms smelled like sewers.
Overall bad experience as we had to check out a night before and went to another hotel.

Hotel in prime place, but not to the expectations
With much expectation i booked this hotel after reviewing it online. But, the first impression of the hotel stay was bad i would say. The room was OK for guys, but the toilet is not that good. We stayed for four days. As we spent most of the time outdoor, and came to room for sleep, we didn't get time for shifting to other place. My comments, for bachelor trip it is ok (on a budget price). But with family, i prefer a better place (near the lake).
