Go there!

Unfortunally I was only able to stay 1 day, with my wife, but have no complaints about it. When we come back to that area, we wil most surtainally look into it. Had many things we didn't have time to discover.

The beds are terrible. The safebox is not working after they changed the batteries the box was not opening with my passports and cash in it. The restaurant was refushing orders 45 minutes before the official closing time. I am a reguliere guest in this Hotel but are choked to see how fast it is going down

Lamentablemente en la cocina les falta tener más cuidado en la preparación por ejemplo pedí un spaghetti Alfredo y el mesero me dijo que estaba recién hecho y la pasta fresca, y pues realmente no fue así juzguen la foto, la pasta café, cuando es fresca es amarilla, no tenía crema pasado de orégano, le pusieron lechuga, y le faltó crema , he comido esa misma pasta en otros lugares y la comparación es avismal, pedí arrachera y me la sirvieron fría, en cuanto a eso todo lo demás está genial

Por favor cheque. Su sistema de reservaciones

Hice mi reserva el dia 22 aprox a las 9 y media, y al llegar al hotel resulta que me dicen que no hay reservación registrada, mostré el número de itinerario que envía la aplicación de hoteles.com y el dependiente del hotel me dijo que no eran los 14 números que tenían que ser 10 dígitos, por lo tanto NO APLICO LA RESERVACIÓN y se hizo el cobro contratando la habitación directamente con el hotel, ya siendo las 11 y media de la noche no quedó opción y tuve que pagar directamente al hotel el costo de la habitación, otra cosa que molesta, el cobro de perros, en la aplicación dice SE ACEPTAN MASCOTAS, más no dice debe dejar 500 pesos de depósito por si hace daños a la propiedad, no tengo problema en darlos pero que especifiquen a tiempo para no tomar como cobros sorpresa este tipo de gasto
