"Good hotel, very reasonably priced, close to the university of Manitoba and Superstore. To improve: blinds are definitely not blackout, which is challenging in spring when the sun is up early, and when your window faces the parking lot with extremely bright floodlights. "I was in Winnipeg for a conference at the RBC Convention Centre and it was the perfect spot to pick. The room was spacious and clean. The cleaning and front desk staff were super helpful and friendly.
I did use the indoor golf simulator to unwind and it wasn’t too bad. There are both left and right-handed clubs set up for you to use if needed.
The hot breakfast options were great, love the waffle maker and that the omelettes were different every day.
Would definitely stay here again when...

"Our two consecutive stays were disappointing overall. The rooms appeared only somewhat clean. During our first stay, the towels had hair on them, and the comforter felt itchy.
In both stays, the bathroom lacked a tissue holder, and the face and hand towels were dirty. The linens also did not appear to be properly cleaned. Additionally, the shower door needs maintenance, as it does not function properly.

"The staff was incredibly helpful, friendly and supportive. I came in on a late flight and had to check in around 3am. They held my room for me and let me check in at this time and then offered me a late check out which I really appreciated. Very supportive and hospitable. Highly recommend this hotel!"

"I particularly liked that the rooms were clean, renovated and well organized. The staff were helpful and friendly.
The only issue I found was a shortage one morning of hot water but it appeared to be resolved on the morning we left.
All in all it was good.

"Lots of noice , we were in a room main floor next to a restaurant , very loud and kids running around all evening didnt seem to be watched much by parents.
