Learn from my experience

If you are looking for a lovely studio in a walkable area near the airport with a generous breakfast, this is the place for you. BE SURE to coordinate your arrival with your host. DO NOT do what I did: reserve the 3-room apartment and show up at the given address. (The instruction to make prior arrangements if you are arriving after 10:30 pm is completely misleading.). It is an apartment building with no way to get in and no way to contact anyone. We were about to return to Turin to search for a hotel when the host Dario returned our cab driver's call & had him take us to a different location, which turned out to be the studio. I did not reserve the studio because my husband & I have very different sleeping habits so we need more than 1 room. Only one of us slept. We were told the apartment had been given to someone else under circumstances that made sense but did not account for our needs. I am sorry to give a less than stellar review because Dario was charming & gave us an excellent restaurant recommendation.
