"Staff went above and beyond in every aspect, from the front desk clerk helping my wife decide which coffee to select to the workers that helped us with a flat tire. They went way out of their way to pull out an extension cord and air compressor to pump our tire up so we could get to the store to get it fixed. “A plus” service on every visit"

"The hotel is gorgeous and a fantastic stay! The location was ideal. This is my second experience at a Royal Sonesta and they charge for everything! Know this in advance. The credit card hold placed at check in for incidentals is above industry standard. You will pay for parking, you will overpay for a buffet breakfast, you will pay for everything. There are no refrigerators or coffee makers in the room so you cannot even bring food in and keep it for your stay and you are at the mercy of the restaurant schedule. The restaurant/bar schedule was super inconvenient. Limited and not open for afternoon or after hours cocktails. Difficult to relax when you constantly have to leave the hotel."
