My only recommendation is that if you speak a different language you will need they to adjust the settings on the TV’ s Everything was in polish They could not accommodate us in anyway to correct the situation. "really nice and not too far away from old town, only problem was we got told we needed to get a key for the apartment from the security, we went to the security and she didn’t speak any english so we struggled communicating. we then found out we didn’t need a key and actually needed a code which we were told it had been sent to us which it hadn’t. we eventually got it. "The staff were very nice and the cleaners were outstanding. The problem was noise every night outside the room. And the trash and recycling bins were just under my window. It was extremely noisy every morning at 6am, and there was no privacy on the first floor if i opened the drapes. The driveway and sidewalk were on each side so everyone was looking in. I asked several times to change rooms and was told maybe, but it never happened even the fourth night. This is not the staff's fault, but it makes the stay there very tiring, and not relaxing."
