I am giving a one-star rating because the hotel claims to have a 24-hour reception, but it was not actually staffed around the clock. We arrived at night and found no available room. We had to sleep in one of the unlocked rooms and borrow bedding from other unlocked rooms. Everything was dirty, there were no hygienic facilities to shower, and no towels were provided. Furthermore, all the photos provided are heavily photoshopped and do not reflect reality at all.

bij aankomst op de parkeerplaats viel al de afval op gedeeltelijk naast de containers. De kamer was goed, de douche te krap met een flauw straaltje water waarschijnlijk omdat we op bovenste verdieping zaten. Voor het ontbijt moesten we naar de bar. Bij binnenkomst stonden op een tafeltje 2 lege pakken sinaasappelsap en 2 lege karaffen op de bar stond het vol met gebruikte borden, kopjes en wegwerpbestek. Achter de bar stond een man die het ontbijt verzorgde,er was geen buffet, hij verstond geen woord in een andere taal maar met behulp van een vriendelijke gast werd hem duidelijk gemaakt dat we een broodje met kaas wilden. 10 minuten zou het duren.Op de bar lagen 2 kleffe krokantjes, die hebben we meegenomen met wat houten wegwerpbestek. Intussen werd de arme man achter de bar bestookt door de hotelgasten met allerhand vragen en wensen. We hebben nog zo n 20 minuten gewacht op plakkerige stoelen en zijn toen met lege magen vertrokken.

Pris og kvalitet hænger sammen.

En oplevelse vi sent glemmer. Hotellet og de foto der er vist, hænger slet ikke sammen. Vi ankommer til hotellet som er meget faldefærdige og der er intet personale at finde. Kort efter kommer en forvirret mand der kun forstår italiensk og får givet os en nøgle, men ingen anvisninger om hvor vi finder værelset. Værelset er meget spartansk, og der er kun håndklæde til den ene af os. Der er intet varmt vand og toilettet kan enten ikke trække ud eller render hele tiden. Udsigten fejler dog absolut intet. Morgenmads buffeten foregår på en pub og består af 1 kop kaffe og 1 croissant hvis du kommer efter kl 9, før da kan du være heldig os at få en berliner med. Under vores ophold gik også brandalarmen! Bestyren var dog imødekommende og venlig.

Bellissima posizione ma aspetti da rivedere

Sono stata una notte in questo hotel dal prezzo notevolmente contenuto, rispetto ai costi di Trento. Si trova in una bellissima posizione e la vista dalla finestra era bellissima. La struttura avrebbe bisogno di manutenzione. Gentile il servizio, ma devo segnalare problemi di pulizia seri con macchie su un asciugamano e sul lenzuolo. Il costo è contenuto ma basterebbe davvero poco per fare diventare accettabile l' esperienza nell' hotel, pur nella sua semplicità. La pulizia è un must anche in un ostello. Peccato perché ci tornerei volentieri.

Man får det man betaler for

Hotellet er gammelt og litt slitt. Servicen var derimot helt topp. Siden hotellet ikke har restaurant ble vi sendt på restaurant på et annet hotell med rabattkupong. Utsikten fra rommet vårt var nydelig.

Ho deciso di prenotare in questa struttura basandomi sul sito Internet. Quando sono arrivata sono rimasta delusa. Sopratutto perché l’hotel ha una valutazione complessiva di tre stelle. Ho trovato complessivamente la struttura fatiscente e priva di comfort. Il personale poco organizzato, non hanno un’idea di cosa voglia dire accoglienza (ci hanno portato il secondo mentre mangiavamo il primo, oltre al fatto che le pietanze erano tiepide e palesemente riscaldate male, non ci hanno nemmeno ritirato i piatti) la qualità del cibo scadente e scarsa (buffet antipasti al nostro arrivo a cena era già sguarnito e mai stato più rifornito, il dolce penso fosse un budino confezionato di un supermercato). La piscina della spa fredda e in un altro stabile. Il bar era inesistente visto che chiudeva poco dopo il nostro arrivo al check in (ore 19). Do un giudizio positivo solo sulla pulizia della camera, anche se comunque era squallida. Forse dovevo guardare un po’ meglio le recensioni e dovevo intuirlo dal prezzo della notte così basso, rispetto ai 3 stelle nella zona.

Reception, si limita a un piccolo banco, personale non idoneo maleducato, camera senza riscaldamento e acqua calda, dopo 4h un pochino di tiepido, servizio bar nessuno, alla mattina non o fatto colazione piccolo buffe che non è stato rimpiazzato, quindi me ne sono andato dalla struttura, in anticipo di una notte e non ho chiesto nessun rimborso.

Il personale era gentile ma non essendo del posto non ci hanno saputo consigliare niente, posti da vedere o ristoranti. Inoltre se ci avessere rilasciato una card potevamo entrare gratis nel giardino botanico ( invece abbiamo dovuto pagare ) Piscina e sauna chiusi 😑

Struttura pessima ,oltre che vecchia (ma se fosse ben tenuta non sarebbe male ) sporca ,camere che si sentono tutti i rumori ,peli nelle lenzuola .. Bidoni della spazzatura sotto le finestre della sala colazione ,retro pieno di cartoni e latro buttati in mezzo al piazzale ..personale carente.. Colazione col pane vecchio del giorno prima latte a lunga conservazione Tovaglie sporche Spa chiusa ,volevano mandarci a pagamento (10€ a testa ) nella piscina di un albergo li vicino . La signora che serviva in sala molto scorbutica e maleducata ,ha questionato con mezza Sala . Per fortuna non abbiamo fatto la cena ,perché ci è stato riferito da altri clienti ,che il cibo era pessimo .. Personalmente non lo consiglio a nessuno

Una settimana con 2 bimbi (4 e 1 anno). Arrivati nel pomeriggio, ho dovuto cercare il receptionist. La porta della camera non si chiudeva dall'esterno, risolto solo al 3' giorno. La sera no acqua calda: fatto presente ogni sera solo al 5' giorno risolto in modo definitivo. Pulizie e cambio asciugamani fatti al 4' giorno, dopo averlo fatto notare (e solo 2 volte in totale). Una mattina (infrasettimanale, con pochi ospiti) presentati a 10 min. dalla chiusura della colazione, avevano già messo via: rimesse alcune cose del buffet per rimediare. Poi, cambiato l'orario della presentazione per la colazione: 07.30-08.30; nel weekend noi e altri siamo rimasti in piedi ad aspettare un tavolo. Un paio di giorni mancavano acqua e bicchieri, altri invece piattini e tovaglioli. I tavoli sempre con stesse tovaglie per giorni (stesse macchie). Vassoi quasi sempre vuoti, e motivazione uguale: "gli ospiti di prima hanno divorato tutto". Una mattina ci hanno detto di aspettare perché dovevano cuocere altri cornetti, purtroppo però quelli portati erano secchi e freddi e con il cioccolato messa a mo' di panino. Una mattina ad una signora che chiedeva un cornetto è stato risposto: "lei lo ha già preso"..senza parole. Ad un altra che chiedeva della frutta fresca, è stato risposto di ricordarglielo la mattina seguente. Signora estroversa e ragazzo della reception (quello che parla italiano e inglese) gentile, ma noi abbiamo pagato per il servizio e non per i problemi di hotel e personale.
