"Hola, vuelvo a exponer el tema ya que no lo han entendido. 1-Hice la reserva por su página hoteles.com en el Hotel San Emeterio de Isla , unicamente porque admitían perros. 2-Nos presentamos el 25 de agosto en dicho establecimiento y nos deniegan la entrada porque no admiten perros, dejándonos en la calle y sin buscarnos una solución. 3-En su página de hoteles.com indica claramente que se admiten mascotas, lo cual es publicidad engañosa. "We have stayed several times now for a couple of days to enjoy the north of Spain whilst travelling. Staff are always friendly and helpful and the apartments are always spotless and fitted out to a high standard Bar and restaurant are good with nice outside area to take a tipple and food, breakfast is very good. Some nice walking from the door which is great if travelling with a four legged friend as it is a dog friendly apartment and 20-25 mins to a number of beaches. Parking is no problem...

"This was the second occasion we visited this hotel prior to getting the ferry in Santander, which is a short 17 mins drive away. We found the hotel extremely well run by very friendly staff and, fortunately for us, all the reception staff spoke very good English.
