"The property overall is beautiful and the staff were all very helpful. Unfortunately our room did not have a mini refrigerator which is unusual for a 4 star hotel and when I booked I thought all the rooms came with one but I was informed not ours, which was very inconvenient. The pool area is lovely but there are no pool towels readily available and they frequently run out when they were requested. It felt to us (we have travelled a lot both for work and holidays) that this hotel was a training hotel for anyone that wanted to enter hospitality. The food was ok but not exceptional.
