The room was dated and not in great condition although it was clean enough. Uncomfortable bed. No overhead light which is fine unless you need to be able to see. Location was excellent. For the price it was reasonable value.

Excellent location, a great place to stay

Excellent location for everything to see in Toulouse. Comfortable room with new shower room. Continental breakfast excellent with good choice of food available and a good price. Staff very helpful and pleasant.

Most of the staff were very lovely and helpful. There was a rather surly female staff in the afternoon/evenings who was not very helpful,but c’est la vie. Also, the sleeping pillows were very hard, like lying on a rock. Otherwise the room and the hotel were beautiful and clean and spacious and the bed was comfortable.

A good place to stay

This is a well located hotel for a visit to this fascinating city. The staff are friendly. The room was clean and comfortable except for a small shower with an annoying head that keeps slipping and bed pillows that I found a bit uncomfortable. Otherwise, Ottawa good choice for a Toulouse hotel.

The room was good and clean. The hotel location is good. Staff are nice. The room slightly smelled like smoke even though it's non smoking. I wish I could control the heat in the room.

Good, basic, if somewhat austere accomodations. the room was clean and comfortable for the three of us. Only real complaint was the noise overnight (we slept with our windows open) cooing from the street cleaning, garbage removal etc. It would be nice if the room was equipped with more electrical outlets for charging devices etc.

Helpful staff got through some issues

We had initially booked a family room, but upon ruturning feom dinner water was leaking from the ceiling. Fortunately the staff was very helpful and moved us to two rooms. These were small but servicable. Thanks to the staff it ended up alright in the end.

Good value, don’t let construction worry you.

I arrived and saw a major construction project directly in front of hotel and out my window. I was worried about the noise, but the windows literally silenced it.. there was a cement truck and a crane feet from my window and the sound was non existent with windows closed… open them and boom. I was happily surprised. Location was great, across from Victor Hugo Market and walking distance from train station. My single room was small, but I am only one person. I had enough room.

Comfortable Stay in a Clean Hotel Helpful Staff

It was a very nice stay. The room was very clean, the reception staff and cleaning staff are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast spread is nice and you can make your own fresh juice. It is very centrally located just minutes away from Capitol and from the metro station at the heart of the city. The only problem was that they dont have many plug points for electricity in their room so bring your own extension. And a kettle to boil water for coffee or tea would have been a nice touch. Otherwise a very good hotel and I will stay there again.
