Disliked: Cleanliness, communication, listing accuracy
We didnt have all the bed linen needed and when we reported this right away we had to tell the contact person several times and take pictures and finally a video showing that we didnt have all that was needed before getting it. The free internet was a joke.. we had full connection to the WiFi at all times but could barely search on google for restaurants etc because it was so slow and stop working completly from time to time. Do NOT book this for a family of 4 if your children are abit older, the bed sofa was so thin and uncomfortable that we had to take turns sleeping in it. The water pressure, even for italy, was so bad you could hardly take a good shower.
