It was a very nice place, perfectly located in downtown Torshavn. It all went very smoothly. When we arrived, we had trouble accessing our key, but our contact came right away to let us in. Overall a very nice experience.

The location is perfect for all trips within the islands. however, there seem to be more apartments there, but all travellers without success rattled our door handle on a daily basis as they were probably not correctly instructed as to where their key was stored. also, the apartment is very noisy from whoever lives above. you hear every step, all the time. The street is quiet, but the cohabitants are making a lot of noise. Other than that, this is a wonderful place to stay when in Torshavn.

Location is good. Apartment in general is okay, but the bathroom is narrow and dark, especially there is nowhere to put the necessities. Parking is a minor issue since street parking during the day only allows two hours. The huge issue is WiFi. I couldn’t even detect it on my phone. On my husband’s, very weak with only one bar.

The property was actually perfectly nice. Clean, bright, good location and I would have given it five stars, but… The property management company called VERT are poor. We were bombarded daily with several emails that said nothing; they gave us the wrong WiFi info and didn’t seem able to assist in providing the correct WiFi for us so we had to go without; I asked for parking info and they sent a link in local language and said “you’ll have to use google translate” - quite unhelpful.

Rigtig god lejlighed som ligger centralt. Lejligheden har det mest nødvendige udstyr men vi savnede dybe tallerkener og et strygejern. Fin dialog med udlejer og god online information.
