"This was the best hotel experience we’ve ever had. Centrally located in the heart of old Seville, literally steps from all of the major attractions, restaurants and shops. This 15th century palace with stunning architecture provided the authentic and historic Seville setting we were looking for, with modern amenities. Service was top notch by the entire staff, especially the daily personal breakfast by Gonzalo in the beautiful dining area. We thoroughly enjoyed his morning company, conversation...

"Fabulous central location. The apartment was huge and spotlessly clean (had daily maid service), 6 small balconies with views all around the square and a lovely roof top terrace with direct access from the lift in our room. Everything you could need was provided including robes and slippers and a daily stocked minibar fridge. The bed was enormous and comfortable. Check in was very easy although in the sister hotel 5 min walk away. There was the option of having a lift from the porters if needed....
