The staffs at the dining they are not friendly at all they treat us like we are thieves. We pay for the breakfast when we book the hotel when we go for breakfast the lady who work there said you have to pay first then go we told here the breakfast already paid for 4 People and we have one extra guest we will pay for her she said you are not in the list you have to pay I had to tell her to go and check with the front desk to make sure our breakfast is included she call and she confirm it was paid and in rude way she said yeah yeah it is paid go as soon as we sit she bring us the bill for our guess and again in rude way. Also for room service we asked for extra blanket for my son and they said ok we will bring it and they never bring it.

No hot shower on my second night because the boiler broke down. The whole tower was affected. I requested to move to the other tower and front desk complied. Unfortunately the next day my back hurt badly, I think because the mattress was too soft for my liking. Staff was very nice and polite, place was clean and tidy. However because of the above, I am not able to rate this experience nicely.

I had arrived at my room. The bathroom had been very recently used and was not clean. The first night, my vehicle was broken into, and the glass was smashed. The second night, I did not sleep at all, instead, I sat in front of the window all night to make sure that my vehicle was not broken into again. Even though I paid for 3 nights, I only stayed for 2, I couldn't spend another night awake making sure my vehicle wasn't broken into again. The staff was very nice, security crew responded to my inquiries very quickly. The restaurant room service, very quick and food was delicious. Lots of great items on the menu.

Great location to all the Chinese restaurants and easy access to the freeway. Very nice bathrooms and good size rooms. Only wish the queen size beds would be wider. Very tight bed for two people.

A/c wasnt working so called front desk at 12:15 AM, guy named Nav said hes sending maintenace instead he sent housekeeping guy who just toggled the switches. Nav called our room and when asked wheres maintennace, he literally started yelling and hungup. When I called back and asked, he said he was done with me. Very rude and unprofessional. Same moment we realized our door didnt even lock. Talked to the manager next morning who gave us another room but this guys Nav, hope noone has to deal with him.
