The staff during the check-in was really kind and expedited si fast the assignment of the room, he really noticed I was totally drain after 6 hours road trip. The room was tidy and clean with a little bit of noise coming from the room next to me since it was a room with connection door. The gym has good variety of items to workout, was clean and well organised. The included breakfast is basic but good enough to start the working hours.

Hotel was good but HOT. We came in to our room and ac had been off when it was 30 degrees outside. We all slept with no blankets because of how hot it was until about 2 am. The breakfast area felt the same and people had to leave with the breakfast due to discomfort.

Great hotel, from clean room, comfy bed, great hot breakfast options. The only thing is the staff was not great. Upon check in I waited a long time to recieve help because there was one front desk man servicing a client before me, he was also on the phone at the same time as someone was stuck in the elevator and he was shouting at kids next to the desk where the food was stating unless they have money they need to move. Very poor customer service. Also the morning after for our hot breakfast, the staff bringing out food was quite rude. We were a wedding party with 5 kids including a 6 month baby and stroller. She barely gave us time to move and said “ I need to get through “ and huffed and puffed. Very odd and unprofessional
