4/10 Poor

We stayed in 1708 which has so much potential but was missing a kitchen cupboard which was placed at the front entrance. Security was a bit of an issue as the door only had the keyed deadbolt so anyone with a key could enter at any time. No additional interior locking device (chain etc). The bed was HORRENDOUS. A firm mattress is nice but this was rock solid. Woke up various times throughout the night with shoulder and hip pain (not usual for me!) Had to sleep on the couch (which was very comfortable). Coffee maker was missing a crucial component rendering it inoperable (as it overflowed all over the kitchen counter and floor). The part is no where to be found. Unit had only one pot, the world’s smallest pot. lol
Check in was easy enough. Lobby was ABSOLUTELY FREEZING due to the proximity of the front doors to the elevators. The area was nice, easy and convenient to get around.
