The house itself was decent. The kitchen was well equipped with enough dishes and cookware, and all appliances were in good working condition. Unfortunately, the property does not seem to be maintained very well. The towels and bed linen had a musty smell. We even found the dryer completely packed with tangled, still damp bed sheets, which suggests the laundry is overloaded and not dried properly. The carpets in all bedrooms were heavily stained, the TV screen was damaged, and the remote control was missing. We also noticed several small issues that could easily be fixed, such as broken trim on the refrigerator door, damaged window blind slats, and stains on the walls. The biggest disappointment, however, was GlobalStay's customer support. On the sixth day, the bed frame collapsed. After removing the mattress, we discovered it had already been patched together many times with small wooden slats in a very unprofessional way. We immediately contacted GlobalStay, sent photos, and quickly received the usual reply that the "local team" had been informed and would get back to us soon. That was the last message we ever received. Despite several follow-ups asking when the bed would be repaired, we were completely ignored. We ended up sleeping on the mattress on the floor for the remaining six days of our stay. The house has potential, but the lack of maintenance and especially the terrible customer service mean we cannot recommend it. Stay away from GlobalStay.

Overall the property was good and looked like the photos. The cleaning staff had not been there when we arrived at check in and it wasn't communicated to us so it was dirty when we got there but the cleaners came right after that and did a good job so fine in the end. There were no baking pans or pizza pans. Really basic dishes so if you plan on cooking bring some disposable cookware. The frying pans were all scratched. There was no cutting board or scissors. Lots of cleaning supplies in the cupboard so it was easy to keep everything tidy. The house is in need of a little TLC. The stove burner light was always on, the fridge water and ice dispenser were broken, a couple of the window levers were broken, outside light didn't work and one of the shower bars was installed incorrectly. Also, the carpet in the basement carpet was really dirty and badly needed to be vacuumed but we didn't really go in the basement so we didn't care.
