"Everything was perfect! The host was extremely welcoming and helpful from the very first moment we contacted him. The apartment was excellent and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The location is amazing - the funicular is just nearby and takes you down to Como. The views from up high are absolutely breathtaking! "Excellent pool area beautiful view and a great walk into town - not that far but a steep hike walking back which we enjoyed - you could opt for the bus which is free if you stay more than 2 nights but we didn’t need it and walked in and out of town twice per day. It was a lovely room, view, pool, breakfast with great parking - very lovely and we would stay again!"

"We had a lovely stay at this beautiful hotel. The rooms were clean, spacious and very comfortable, and the location was extremely convenient, right next to the ferry port. The hotel restaurant was lovely, with great food and a beautiful atmosphere. The only unusual thing was the pool service — you couldn’t order snacks while sitting in the pool lounge area and had to be seated at a table instead. Overall, a beautiful hotel in a very convenient location, and we really enjoyed our stay."

"I can’t say enough about the concierge team! They were able to arrange transfers, boat excursion, taxi…anything we needed with just an email. It was all arranged prior to arrival and was perfect. The afternoon terrace lunches were delicious, especially the gin and tonic experience. And the housekeeping staff exceptional. We had a beautiful room, and I would 100% stay here again if we return to Lake Como"

"Overall, our stay at the hotel was okay. The buffet breakfast was excellent, and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. However, we had some minor issues. We expected more from a four-star hotel, perhaps because we’re not familiar with Italian hotel practices. For example, they only provided body wash, so we had to buy our own shampoo. The air conditioning wasn’t cold enough, making it difficult to sleep if you prefer a chilly room. Still water is only available on the ground floor. While they made our beds every day, they didn’t change the bed linens, which wasn’t a problem for us since we usually take a bath before bed. However, if you prefer daily bed linens, this might be an issue."

"The overall stay was good. The property is quite a way from the lake, so it is a significant cost for a taxi since there is no shuttle. The breakfast is an extra charge, I think around €15 each, and it looked good. The room was clean. It is about 1 block to the bus stop. The staff was very helpful! The area was kind of run down, but seemed safe."
