Pretty far out of town and near nothing. Nice view, though. Room smelled of cleaner or insecticide. Staff (owners?) friendly and helpful. Pool nice on a hot day. Lobby had a wood stove-probably cozy in the winter.

Thank you for your preference. As informed on the site we are 10 km from the city 15 m from the center. The room smelled of disinfectant detergent you checked in before the time informed the room had just been prepared.

Great views
The Guest house has amazing views over the lake. It is well equipped with a swimming pool and safe parking. The closest restaurant is in Tomar which is a bit of a drive

Country retreat
We loved the location and our swim in the lake. The lake access was 2 km away from the hotel. The hotel is very quiet and out in the country. We drove into Tomar for supper. The breakfast was good with eggs cooked to our order. Wi-Fi was good. There were lots of steps, but the owner offered to carry our suitcases to the room.

Love that view!!
Very nice guest house overlooking lakes. Pool was very clean and had great grassy surrounds and huge cabana/camp kitchen/relaxation room. Breakfast was very good dinner also and hosts could not have been more helpful. Bed was comfy and bathroom clean. Only downside was no English Channel on tv. Not the hosts fault. Mini market in village about 1km away.

Much better signposting needed to find the Casa—there’s no house number so GPS wasn’t any use. The tiny sign fixed to a tree is easily missed! Staff could be much more communicative eg. About the existence of the swimming pool!

Breathtaking views.
The place is simply tranquil. António the host is very welcoming and the location is great, it is a 15 minute drive from Tomar. Breakfast was nice . The views from our room were breathtaking.

Magnificent view
Home on a hill overlooking a large lake and a small town. It's an incredible view. There is plenty of parking. The room had a veranda da and we sat outside, played cards and enjoyed this incredible view. Other amenities included a swimming pool and jacuzzi, nice grassy area, small practice soccer/football field (fenced), bbq and a casita. Breakfast was excellent. I highly recommend this hotel.

wonderful, quiet, and really nice owners!
We really wish we could have stayed longer! Very welcoming owners, a great suite with lake view, and the best beds we've had all trip. I really wish all of our stays had been that good. The included breakfast was also a feast!

lovely place away from it all
We could hear the birds and feel the air. Only issue for us was number of steps with no handrail to get to the house. Lovely breakfast glad we came

Merci pour votre préférence. Nous sommes désolés pour votre commentaire, mais ce n'est pas vrai. Vous avez fait une réservation de chambre double et le jour de votre arrivée, nous avons procédé à une mise à niveau de la réservation et vous avez séjourné dans la suite familiale avec 2 chambres à coucher où il y a un bureau et une chaise. Cette chambre a 20 m2.

Die Unterkunft war sehr abgelegen und nicht ganz einfach zu finden. Wir haben 2 Zimmer mit Bad/WC reserviert und dann vor Ort 2 Zimmer mit einem Bad/WC erhalten. Frühstück etwas mager.

Vielen Dank für Ihre Präferenz. Ich erkläre, dass Sie eine Familiensuite gebucht haben, die aus 2 Schlafzimmern und 1 Badezimmer besteht. Ich denke, sie müssen bei der Buchung einige Verwirrung gestiftet haben, da sie nicht 2 Doppelzimmer mit Bad gebucht haben. Auch als sie eincheckten, haben sie nichts kommentiert und bis jetzt wussten wir nicht. Tut mir leid, dass sie sich nicht wohl fühlten, aber es war nicht unsere Schuld, als wir das Zimmer gaben, das sie reserviert hatten. Bitte überprüfen Sie Ihre Reservierung nirgendwo steht 2 Schlafzimmer und 2 Badezimmer. Mit unseren herzlichen Grüßen Antworte

agradecemos a vossa preferência. Claro que a Guest House não e nova, quando da vossa estadia não tivemos a impressão que demonstra no seu comentário. Pois ficamos fora da cidade conforme e anunciado a 10 KM de Tomar e do Convento de Cristo e perto de vários destinos turisticos, sensilvelmente 25 KM entre eles Fatima, Dornes, Vila de rei, Castelo de Almourol e varias praias fluviais.

Peaceful and cosy
Lovely wiew, clean room, good breakfast, very friendly staff. The village near by was small but people were friendly and warm. Many nice places to see around the lake side. Tomar was near.

Étape paisible et de qualité
Belle étape entre Porto et Lisbonne pour visiter le fabuleux monastère de Tomar. Très jolie chambre d hôtes dans une très belle maison surplombant la vallée. Propriétaires discrets et aimables Petit déjeuner parfait dans un joli cadre

Si vous désirez fuir la foule et le bruit ce lieu est fait pour vous. Pas de voisin, pas de bruit, juste celui du vent et vous profiterez : -d'une vue magnifique sur la vallée -d'un accueil chaleureux -d'un petit déjeuner parfait -d'espaces pour se détendre piscine, baby foot, terrain de foot...

Hotel tres agreable a tous points de vue
Hotel de petite taille se rapprochant plus du guest-house. Une deco / realisation, faite par les proprietaires, de bon gout et avec des materaux / equipements de qualite. La recepton tres sympa et la tres bonne cuisine faite par la patrone renforce cette diference d'avec les hotels lamda. Egalement bien situe pour une visite touristique des environs, la vue de la terrasse est remarquable.

la Casa do Trovador esta en un lugar precioso, en medio del bosque y una vista espectacular a los lagos y montañas. La casa y areas comunes son muy bonitas, las habitaciones muy cómodas y espaciosas. El staff muy amable. Todo excelente, lo recomendaremos ampliamente
