The location of the hotel was perfect. Close to subway station that has routes to the places we wanted to visit. Food around the area was also good, especially at night. The hotel room was small, good for backpackers but not for luggage heavy traveller.
Clean, comfortable and compact hotel in a great location. The cost is great, and who needs floor space anyway!
Even though housekeeping is every 3 day, remember to request it as it wasn't automatic.
Easy to request fresh towels whenever they're needed.
Great hotel, would definitely recommend
Good access to multiple subway and JR lines. Cozy and clean studio with a simple kitchen. Pan, pot, bowls, cutlery, and other utensils are supplied with good condition. Just a bit nite for light sleepers, it is near to train station and rail, you will hear the sound of train running. It is not serious and has no impact on me.

Disliked: Cleanliness
The room was really small. No place to open our luggage comfortably. We found several hairs in the bathroom, which was disgusting. The hotel staff didn’t react properly (with an apology, cleaning the room). Maybe because they didn’t speak much English.
Otherwise we liked the area, perfect for exploring Ginza and south Tokyo. The room was in good condition.

Older Facility, Warm Staff, Accurately Presented
The staff were very helpful considering my injury that happened 4 days before my trip; while it's not an accessibility hotel, I was able to manage with the elevator etc. I give the staff 5 stars for their care!
The hotel is a little older and certain elements need updating, but for the price, and for the location and convenience to my work meetings/friend meetings this trip, it was what I needed and what I had expected. The taxi load in space was really convenient, it is on a quiet street, convenience store close by. Close to the train stations. Keypad entrance was very modern and it made me feel very safe going in and out!
While the room was very small (it is accurately listed online in terms of sq footage), it had a place to heat up meals, basic utensils if you wanted to cook more, water heater, a desk area to work. I was able to get some work done in the room, in between my appointments.
Ideal for length business trips with budget conern
It's more like an self-serviced apartment than a hotel. You will need to throw your rubbish to the recycling bins at 1F. But overall, I like the cozy environment, which really makes you feel home. The bed and pillows are comfortable. You have the microwave, water dispensers at the 1F and you may borrow an ironing kit from the reception. My room got a tiny kitchen, which I cooked sometimes. Although there is no laundary machine in the hotel, but there is a coined laundary store 2 blocks away. It is close to Shinbashi and Ginza area and with easy access to Odaiba. It is ideal for a lengthy business trip with budget concerns.
It was a good hotel for our use. It was a little tight but overall a nice stay. Enough room for all our things and close to Tokyo tower and a JR station.

Looking for place to sleep... if that is the purpose, then this place will accommodate. But noise within the building and less amenity should be noted before booking.

The hotel allowed check-in only at 4pm!!
Check-out was 10 am! Is this a proper regulation for charging a FULL ONE NIGHT STAY?
The room was so small and the TV was badly located.
There were no sockets convenient for boiling water with the kettle provided. Had to put it on the floor outside the bathroom as that was the most conducive location to do so!
